- Radius Corner corner posts, front and rear, extend to the bottom of the frame providing the maximum welding surface posible.
- End rails and corner posts welded together both horizontally and vertically and gusseted for long lasting durability.
- A-Frame Hitch Assembly
- Tubular steel A-frame extends into chassis where it is welded to the front and inside cross members, and to main rails.
- Body Frame
- Vertical wall post are steel hat sections on side walls (16" centers) and front walls.
- Vertical front wall posts and corner posts are especially important preventing bulkling and bowing of exterior
- Roof Bows
- Roof bows are one-piece galvanized steel hat sections welded directly to top sidewalls sills.
- Door Frames
- All door opening frames are welded with formed steel channel headers and gusseted for rigid achoring.
- Door Hinges
- Heavy-duty Zinc Plated Steel Strap Door Hinges welded directly to corner post.
- Free flowing gin and grease zerks for easy maintenance.
- Swings 270 º
